Daylight Saving Time 2012 Ends Sunday

Don't forget to set your clocks back, and enjoy that extra Sunday morning snooze!

For many, it's one of the best days of the year. The day you wake up and realize it's not 9 a.m., it's actually only 8 a.m.—and go back to sleep for another blissful hour.

Daylight Saving Time officially ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4, so don't forget to set your clock to "fall back" an hour. Many electronic devices automatically adjust when Daylight Saving Time begins or ends.

When you change your clocks in the fall and spring, it’s also a good time to change smoke detector batteries and check to make sure device are in working order.

Arizona, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa do not observe Daylight Saving Time.

It begins again on March 10, 2013.
