Former Employee of Harbour Medical Group Arrested

Tosha Jo Robbins is the fourth person arrested in the investigation of the clinic.

A woman who worked at Harbour Medical Group in Land O' Lakes before a Pasco County Sheriff’s Office has been charged with operating a pain clinic without a license.

According to deputies, Tosha Jo Robbins of Lutz worked as office manager at Harbour for roughly two years before the sheriff’s office there Dec. 13.

According to the sheriff’s office, about 80 percent of prescriptions written at the office were for pain management pills, but the office was not licensed as a pain management clinic. Controlled substances prescribed at the clinic included opiates, benzodiazepines and carisoprodol.
