Land O’ Lakes Man Charged in Sexual Battery
A 36-year-old Land O' Lakes man is accused of sexually battering a 14-year-old girl.
LAND O’ LAKES, FL — A 36-year-old Land O’ Lakes man has been charged with sexual battery following an alleged 10-month relationship with a teenage girl.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, the girl, 14, accused George Eric Lind have having sexual intercourse with her. Their physical relationship reportedly began earlier this year.
Lind was reportedly confronted with the allegations and fled his home on Laureldale Drive, kicking off a multi-day search. His arrest was announced Thursday morning. Lind was being held in the Land O’ Lakes Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond, according to the sheriff’s office.
