Land O' Lakes Woman Dies After Driving Car Into Pond
Rescuers got the woman out of the car that was partially submerged in the pond and rushed her to the hospital where she died.
LAND O' LAKES, FL — A 65-year-old Land O' Lakes woman has died after crashing into a pond Thursday.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 2:11 p.m., the woman was driving south at 21337 Lake Bambi Circle west of U.S. 41 when she drove into a pond. The car partially submerged. Rescuers got the woman out of the car and rushed her to the hospital where she died.
