Is a new four-legged family member on your holiday wish list? Consider adopting this sweetie from the Pasco County Animal Shelter.

The young shepherd-hound mix is affectionate, energetic and very playful, Pasco County Animal Services volunteer Jeff Lipkes said.

And through the end of November, adoption fees are half off the regular adoption fee of $70, Lipkes said.

For information, contact Pasco County Animal Services at 813-929-1212 and reference animal ID No. D8583. You also can visit the Land O' Lakes shelter at 19640 Dogpatch Lane (Formerly Lake Patience Road).

In addition to the adoption fee, a $5 tag required for Pasco residents. The shelter accepts cash or checks only.
