Man, 74, Arrested In Child Porn Case
A 74-year-old Land O' Lakes man is accused of uploading child porn onto the Chatstep.com website.

LAND O’ LAKES, FL — A 74-year-old Land O’ Lakes man faces criminal charges after a website reported that one of its users had uploaded a pornographic image of a child onto its platform.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, its investigation began when the website Chatstep.com reported the possible pornographic image to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The user name was then traced to an address on Cancun Court in Land O’ Lakes, according to an arrest report.
Kenneth Lee Terp has since been accused of uploading a photo of a prepubescent girl onto the site, according to the report.

Terp, the report said, “admitted to uploading the image using Chatstep.com.” Detectives searched Terp’s laptop with his consent and found “at least 10 images of minors engaging in sexual acts,” the report noted. All of the children were “clearly under the age of 18.”
Terp told investigators he had received the photos via Facebook from several different users. He “admitted he has an addiction to bestiality and prepubescent females,” the arrest report noted.
