Pasco County Schools Roll Out Schedules: Hurricane Irma
Pasco County has made a decision about school this week as Hurricane Irma downgraded to a tropical storm.

LAND Oβ LAKES, FL β Pasco County has announced its decision on when it plans to reopen public schools in the wake of Irma's wrath. The now tropical storm Irma is on its way toward the panhandle and Georgia, leaving residents to wait for the all-clear to start digging out in Tampa.
After reassessing the situation in the county's shelters, the district's tentative plan is to reopen schools Monday, Sept. 18. This plan is subject to change, and if officials are unable to restore schools to acceptable operational levels by Friday, school will be delayed further.
