Pasco Offers Free Bus Rides To Veterans
The free bus passes have been a tradition in Pasco County since 2013.
LAND O’ LAKES, FL – Once again, veterans and active military personnel can get a free ride in Pasco County.
Pasco County Public Transportation will provide free bus rides on Saturday, Nov. 11 in recognition of Veterans Day.
To take advantage of this offer on fixed service transit routes, veterans can show one of the following forms of ID to a PCPT bus driver:

- V on Driver’s License
- DD 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
- Valid VA Card
- Military ID Card, DD Form 2
The initiative began when the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners approved the measure on April 20, 2013 as an annual event to be observed on or around Veterans Day.
