Remembering Pearl Harbor

The Zephyrhills Museum of Military History hosts a Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day on Dec. 10.

The Zephyrhills Museum of Military History will host an open house Saturday to honor the lives lost at Peal Harbor and the sacrifices of those who were involved at the onset of World War II.

Some survivors from the Dec. 7,  1941, attack will be on hand to talk to the general public.

Visitors also can check out the museum's newest exhibit: a C-47 airplane in the beginning stages of a full resotration.

The museum, 39444 South Ave., is housed in an original World War II barracks building at a former U.S. airbase.

The event is free to the public.
