Florida's famous eaglet, E9, is continuing to thrive under the watchful eyes of parents Harriet and M15. Just over a month old, the baby eagle is rapidly changing in both personality and appearance, the folks at the Southwest Florida Eagle Cam Foundation reported on Tuesday.
