Up-Skirt Peeper Busted After Tampa Premium Outlets Incident: Deputies

A 25-year-old man faces charges after Pasco County deputies say he recorded video of a woman's undergarments.

LUTZ, FL — A 25-year-old Dade City man is in hot water after store surveillance video at the Tampa Premium Outlets showed him allegedly trying to record cellphone video of a woman’s undergarments while she was wearing them.

Markus Jamal Grant is accused of recording video shot up the woman’s skirt for “his amusement, entertainment, sexual arousal, gratification, or profit or oneself or another,” according to a Pasco County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.

The incident in question occurred on Nov. 3 around 12:10 p.m. at the 2302 Grand Cypress Drive outlet mall. Deputies have not said what store the alleged incident took place in. The report, however, said Grant was “captured on the store video surveillance system sliding his cellular phone under the victim’s dress while it was activated in a recording mode.”
