Teachers Wanted: Pasco County Announces Job Fair

LAND O’ LAKES, FL — Job hunters in the market for open teaching positions may want to put a date on their calendars. Pasco County Schools has announced its upcoming Spring Instructional Job Fair.

The job fair will provide on-the-spot interviews for a variety of open positions, including those in classrooms and in support services. Prizes will also be offered to participating applicants, according to an announcement from the school district.

Teachers interested in open jobs will find positions are available at the elementary, middle and high school levels in such areas as reading, math and science. The district is also hoping to fill a variety of other positions, including nursing and behavioral analyst openings.

The job fair takes place in the gymnasium at Wesley Chapel High School, 30651 Wells Road, from 4 to 6 p.m. Feb. 23.

Potential applicants who want to learn more in advance of the fair are asked to visit the school district’s website and click on the Job Fair banner at the top of the page.
