Watch Replay: Donald Trump Rally in Jacksonville, Florida
Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump is rallying in Jacksonville.

JACKSONVILLE, FL β Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump is on stage in Jacksonville Thursday as Floridaβs 29 electoral votes remain very much up for grabs. Trump has surged ahead in Sunshine State polling in the days since the FBI announced it was looking at new emails related to its investigation into Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clintonβs private server.
Trumpβs Jacksonville appearance is the fourth in the past two days. The Republican has fielded a heavy rally schedule as heβs been working to capitalize on Clintonβs falling poll numbers.
Former Secretary of State Clinton has been facing fallout since FBI Director James Comey sent a vague letter to Congressional leaders Oct. 28 about the discovery of new emails. That letter has been the subject of heavy criticism since news of its existence hit. The bombshell was dropped just 11 days before the Nov. 8 presidential election.

Clintonβs campaign has also been on the defensive as WikiLeaks continues to dump emails allegedly written by or sent to Clinton campaign staffers. Among the revelations to come out of the WikiLeaks dumps is a $12 million donation from Moroccoβs King Mohammed VI to the Clinton Foundation. The Clinton campaign has denounced the WikiLeaks email release, saying the hack represents an effort by the Russian government to influence the American election.
As controversy surrounds the Clinton campaign, the Democrat has watched her lead in the polls dwindle. On Friday, she led Republican challenger Donald Trump by 4.6 percentage points in national polls, according to RealClear Politics. By Wednesday, her lead had dropped to 1.7 percentage points. The number held steady on Thursday morning.

Clintonβs once apparent lead in the Sunshine State has also dwindled. As of Thursday, RealClear Politics said Trump was ahead in Florida by 0.7 percent.
Trump has also been bombarded with scandals over the past few weeks. His numbers in national polls dropped sharply following the three presidential debates and the release of a video that showed him making lewd comments about women. Although the video was about a decade old, the New York businessman has also been fending off allegations from women who say he touched them inappropriately.
Most recently, information surfaced that the FBI was looking at a possible financial connection between Trump and Russia. News broke Monday night, however, that no clear link has been found, according to the New York Times.
