• 80-Unit ‘Heritage Oaks' Ends Construction at 13060 Washington Drive, Largo, FL (floridayimby.com) — A new 80-unit senior affordable housing complex, Heritage Oaks on Washington Drive in Largo, has just finished construction and is now ready for residents 62 and older. The three-story community offers one- and two-bedroom units with accessible layouts, plus amenities like a fitness center, computer lab, dog park, and community center. It replaces older duplexes and triplexes and marks the first phase of the Rainbow Village redevelopment.
