PCHA to Host Fair Housing Presentation

April is Fair Housing Month. RSVP now to attend a presentation by the Pinellas County Office of Human Rights

Every April, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) sponsors the National Fair Housing Month campaign to help end housing discrimination and raise awareness of fair housing requirements.

Attention Pinellas County Landlords and Property Managers:

On Thursday, April 5, 2018, at 10:00 am the Pinellas County Housing Authority will host Mr. Mark Esparza, Sr. EOC of the Pinellas County Office of Human Rights. Mr. Esparza will present and provide insight as well as guidance regarding Reasonable Accommodations and Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) key points.

PCHA is offering priority seating to local Pinellas County landlords and property management staff who wish to learn more and remain compliant with fair housing regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to get your questions answered!

The presentation workshop will be held at Pinellas County Housing Authority’s central office located at 11479 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33778.
