Person Shooting Pellets At People, Vehicle Sought By Largo Police

The Largo police are seeking the public's help to locate a person who shot a pellet gun at a student at a bus stop and a vehicle on Nov. 4.

LARGO, FL β€” The Largo police are seeking the public's help to locate a person who shot a pellet gun at a student at a bus stop and a vehicle on Nov. 4.

Between the 5:45 and 6 a.m., Largo police received two separate calls for service involving a pellet gun being fired by an in the 16000 block of U.S. 19 North.

The first incident involved a student being struck while sitting at a bus stop. He was taken to a local hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

The second incident involved a vehicle traveling south on U.S. 19 North being struck.

Largo police are asking for anyone with information or anyone who received damage to their vehicle during that time frame along U.S. 19 North between Ulmerton Road and Belleair Road to contact the Largo Police Department at 727-586-6730, reference cases #22-009878 and #22-010061.
