• Man Hit, Killed By Car While Crossing Seminole Boulevard: FL Troopers (patch.com) — Largo residents are learning more about a tragic Christmas Eve crash on Seminole Boulevard, where a 76-year-old local man was struck by a northbound Kia Forte while crossing near 104th Avenue North. He was taken to a nearby hospital and later died from his injuries, according to Florida Highway Patrol, which has not reported any injuries to the Tampa driver. 
• Largo: Petro Kuqo Still Missing Two Weeks Later, Search Efforts Ongoing (iontb.com) — Largo Police are still searching for 87-year-old resident Petro Kuqo, last seen Dec. 12 near his apartment complex by Central Avenue and Frontage Road. Investigators and Kuqo’s family are pleading with anyone in the Largo area to review security, doorbell, or dashcam footage from that day and call police with even brief clips that might help.
