Suspect In Largo Double Homicide Arrested In Hillsborough County: Cops

PINELLAS COUNTY, FL — Authorities on Saturday arrested a man and charged him with murder in connection with a double homicide in Largo, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

On Friday, authorities said they were searching for James McKinley Barber Jr. after he was identified as a suspect in a homicide at 7981 Smoketree Ct. in unincorporated Largo.

Authorities have not released details about the killings or the identities of the victims; however, deputies said the incident appeared to be domestic.

On Saturday, Hillsborough County deputies arrested Barber on two counts of first-degree murder.
