Developer wants to build facility that could create 100 jobs in Leesburg (leesburg-news.com) — Leesburg commissioners are weighing a rezoning request that would allow a new flexible-use commercial and light industrial complex off U.S. 27, potentially creating about 119 local jobs. The project, already recommended by the Planning Commission, returns for a final vote Jan. 12 and is pitched as a way to cut commuter traffic by keeping more employment within Leesburg.
