• Dolphins legend John Offerdahl is helping feed homebound seniors in South Florida (wsvn.com) — Homebound seniors in and around Lighthouse Point are getting fresh, restaurant-quality meals thanks to former Miami Dolphins star John Offerdahl’s Hand-Off Foundation and his Off the Grill restaurant in town. With volunteers, they prepare 4,000–5,000 free meals weekly, focusing on both nutrition and personal connection for vulnerable older residents.
