1 Dies In Zephyrhills House Fire Sunday

ZEPHYRHILLS, FL — One person died in a house fire Sunday morning on Champions Gate Boulevard in Zephyrhills, according to Pasco County Fire Rescue.

Firefighters were called to the two-story home around 6:45 a.m. and reported smoke coming from the second floor.

Firefighters were told a person was in the house and attempted a rescue but the person did not survive.
