• 150 bikes delivered to Tampa children during annual holiday event with Mayor Jane Castor (fox13news.com) — A Tampa holiday bike giveaway brought 150 new bicycles and helmets to children in city Parks and Recreation programs, with a related link inviting visitors to the historic Old Lutz School’s light displays. Mayor Jane Castor joined volunteers and sponsors to deliver the bikes, many to kids who had never owned one, turning the annual “Caroling with Castor” tradition into a memorable start to their holidays.
