J.K. Rowling leaves behind Harry and Hogswart with her latest novel "The Casual Vacancy."
Set in the town of Pagford, UK, the book examines what lies beneath the facade of a town. The rich are at war with poor, teenagers at war with their parents, wives at war with their husbands, teachers at war with their pupils. In all, Pagford is not what it seems. At the center of it all is an election for a vacant city council seat.
