Charity Chics Chapter Launched in Pasco County
Charity Chics combine marketing, philanthropy and networking in their communities.

Charity Chics are making their way to the North Tampa/Pasco County area.
The first chapter of Charity Chics was founded in Tampa four years ago by Lisa Ford and Karen Gillman, two women who wanted to bring ladies together to give back to the community.
Now a chapter is opening its doors for women living in North Tampa and Pasco County.

Jeannie Holliday and Jodi Perez, co-owners of Independent Financial Services in Land O’ Lakes, are launching the new chapter.
Each Charity Chics chapter chooses three local nonprofits to benefit from the chapter's fundraisers.

“We are excited to be launching the second chapter of Charity Chics here in Pasco County because all the money we raise will stay here locally,” said Holliday.
Each chapter allows only one professional per industry. Once an industry slot has been filled, no other professionals in that field can join the chapter.
“Because of these membership restrictions, it’s important for any businesswoman interested in joining the Charity Chics North Tampa/Pasco County chapter to attend our kickoff and open house event on April 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at our Land O’ Lakes office,” said Perez. “This will not only be a fun get-together and informational event, but it will also be one of the first opportunities for prospective members to actually join the group.”
The April 11 Charity Chics North Tampa/Pasco County Chapter kickoff event and open house will take place at the Independent Financial Services Office at 20635 Amberfield Dr., Suite 102, in Land O’ Lakes (in the Devonwood Business Complex.)
