Hit-And-Run Driver Kills Port Richey Man; Troopers Seek Information

The Florida Highway Patrol is seeking information on a hit-and-run driver who left a 62-year-old Port Richey man dead in the road.

LUTZ, FL — The Florida Highway Patrol is seeking information on a hit-and-run driver who left a 62-year-old Port Richey man dead in the road.

According to troopers, at 10:35 p.m., the Port Richey man was walking in the outside lane on Bruce B. Down Boulevard north of Legacy Boulevard when he was struck by a northbound car.

The driver of the car fled and the pedestrian died at the scene.
