Vendor spaces are available for Learning Gate Community School's upcoming Winter Shopping Bazaar.

Learning Gate Community School in Lutz is seeking vendors for its upcoming Winter Shopping Bazaar.
The indoor, public event will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 13. It will feature song and dance performances by the school's Glee Club, as well as refreshments.
Refreshments will be available for purchase from the school and will include "winter delights, such as hot cocoa, eggnog & snacks," organizer Michele Northrup said.

There also are sponsoring opportunities for businesses, event volunteer Jennifer Frankowiak said. "For $100, sponsors will receive a 2-foot-by-4-foot banner, an ad on the event program and they'll be able to include something in the event swag bag."
The cost to participate as a vendor is $30 for one 4-foot-by-4-foot table; $20 for an extra table/space; and an additional $10 if electricity is required.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the school, Northrup said.
The enviromental-focused charter school, which draws students from Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Carrollwood, New Tampa and beyond, also hosts an annual EcoFest. That event brings in large crowds each year. This is the first year the Winter Shopping Bazaar will be held.
For information or to register as a vendor, contact Northrup at michelen@learninggate.org or call 813-948-4190.
