Pasco County Commission To Meet Tuesday
Here are some of the items on the agenda being considered by commissioners.

PASCO COUNTY, FL — The Pasco Board of County Commissioners will meet Tuesday, Jan. 11, at 10 a.m., in the Historic Pasco County Courthouse Boardroom in Dade City.
On the agenda:
- Change Order No. 2 with Coastal Design Consultants Inc. for four ball fields and related facilities and parking at Starkey Ranch District Park/
- Acceptance of the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 4420 2020-
- 23 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Appointment and consideration of a volunteer board member, Laura Henderson, to the Pasco
- County Commission on Human Trafficking.
- Cooperative purchase agreement with BCI Burke Company LLC of $137,457.53 for the Sam Pasco Recreation Center Playground.
- Cooperative purchase with BCI Burke Company LLC for $83,581.48 for Beacon Square Park
- Playground.
- Continuance of large-scale comprehensive plan amendment for the North Pasco RV Resort
- from Agricultural/Rural to Planned Development to allow a 550-space RV resort and amenities on 131.68 acres east of Lake Iola Road and south of Blanton Road.
- Consent for a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment for the Villages of Pasadena on 80 acres north of Eiland Boulevard and east of Handcart Road from residential 1 to residential 3.
- Consent for a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment from residential 1 to planned development on 188 acres north of State Road 52 and west of Bellamy Brothers Boulevard
- Consent for a zoning amendment for the Maconi-Pashley LLC master-planned unit development from agricultural zoning to allow 216 dwelling units on 47.7 acres.
- Consent for the Outlaw Ridge LLC Reserve master-planned unit development from agricultural zoning to allow development of 38 single-family detached homes on 58.69 acres.
- Consent for a zoning amendment from agricultural to multi-family medium density district for 19.689 acres south of State Road 52 and east of Mirada Boulevard, requested by James M. and Laurie A. Storch.
- Consent for a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment from residental 1 to planned development for Faircloth at Bellamy on 188 acres north of State road 52 and west of Bellamy Brothers Boulevard.
- Notice to proceed with Fire Station No. 45 under construction starting Nov. 17.
- Change order No 4 with Cone & Graham Inc. with the Ridge Road Extension Phase 1 from DeCubellis Road to east of the Suncoast Parkway.
- The meeting will not be broadcast live on Pasco Television; however, the meeting will be streamed online and members of the public can take part in the meeting in person or virtually.
