• Holy pumpkin spice! Trader Joe's targets Kissimmee, Maitland for new stores (orlandosentinel.com) — Maitland residents could soon see a Trader Joe’s-anchored specialty grocery store at Trelago Market, after the Maitland City Council granted preliminary approval for a 12,500-square-foot grocer and additional retail space. The project, alongside a new Crunch Fitness and planned townhomes, would further build out the mixed-use center at Maitland Concourse while Trader Joe’s also eyes a separate Kissimmee location.
