• Melbourne Beach South Reach Shoreline Restoration Planned for 2025–26 (tapinto.net) — Beach restoration work along the South Reach near Melbourne Beach is scheduled between December 2025 and April 2026, with sand pumping expected to start in mid-January. Equipment will be staged between Spessard Holland Park North and South, and while both parks should generally stay open, sections of beach between them may temporarily close as crews move northward.
