Body Found In Burning Car In Cutler Bay, Arrest Made

MIAMI -- A 35-year-old man experiencing homelessness was arrested after a body was found in a burning car.

Randall Lautzenheiser is facing a charge of first degree murder.

On Thursday, around 1:45 p.m., firefighters were dispatched to put out a car fire at 20571 Old Cutler Road. When they arrived, they found flames and thick black smoke coming from the vehicle, according to a written statement by police.
