Here are the top stories today in Miami:

1. Passenger traffic at Miami International Airport reported last month is up 13 percent compared to last year, and up 15 percent compared to 2019. Nov. 13 was the busiest day in the last 30 days at MIA, with 152,336 daily passengers and 980 domestic and international flights. (Miami Today)

2. An investigation is underway after a woman's dead body was found Thursday morning on the side of I-95 in South Florida's Oakland Park, shutting down the interstate for hours. Police responded to the scene along with Oakland Park Fire Rescue and Florida Highway Patrol (FHP). Police are asking anyone with information in the incident to come forward. (WSVN)

3. A South Florida man has been arrested on a felony charge and three others were cited after a group of boaters were caught on camera trashing an island in Biscayne National Park last month. The video was of the incident was first reported by WPLG Local 10 in mid-November. (WPLG Local 10)

4. Florida has approved $1.35 million to pay python hunters and better understand python removal efforts. The invasive species has taken South Florida by storm, and it is estimated that tens of thousands of pythons live in the Everglades. Penalties were also increased for those who attempt to import the reptiles. (CBS Miami)

5. Walrus Rodeo has soft opened in Little Haiti. Co-owners Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer have teamed up with chef and partner Jeff Maxfield. The menu focuses on the concept's wood-fired oven with items including lasagna, charbroiled Island Creek oysters, pizza, and more. (Eater Miami)
