Wynwood Fitness Club Teams Up with Stranger Treats & Beats for a Spooky CrossFit Pop-Up

Halloween weekend in Miami is about to get a serious energy boost. On Thursday, October 30, Wynwood Fitness Club (564 NW 24th St) will host a special Halloween CrossFit pop-up in collaboration with Stranger Treats & Beats, the three-night music and art spectacular taking over Mana Wynwood just two blocks away.
Running from October 30 through November 1, Stranger Treats & Beats will transform Mana Wynwood into a cinematic Halloween playground filled with world-class DJs, immersive visuals, and Stranger Things-inspired environments. Produced by Palace Productions and T&E Events, the festival blends music, theatrical design, and interactive art into an experience that feels part concert, part movie set. The lineup features Roger Sanchez, Mark Knight, Gene Farris, Saeed Younan, Harvy Valencia, David Tort, Ben Bakson, and Miami’s own DJ Abel Aguilera, among others.
Now, the energy of the festival is expanding into the neighborhood with Wynwood Fitness Club’s Stranger Treats & Beats Halloween Pop-Up, an event designed to bring fitness, music by DJ The Cortes, and community together in true Wynwood style.
“Stranger Treats & Beats is our Halloween-themed CrossFit pop-up, a mix of high-energy workouts and community fun,” says Luciana Cantor, owner and head coach of Wynwood Fitness Club. “It’s all about bringing people together to move, sweat, and celebrate in true Wynwood style.”

The pop-up features two CrossFit classes at 5 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., both led by Cantor and coach Rali. “Expect team-style workouts with spooky twists, themed music, and a few surprise challenges,” Cantor explains. “We’ve added some fun details exclusive to this event, including eerie lighting, Halloween props, and costume-friendly movements so everyone can train and stay in character.”
To match the Stranger Treats & Beats atmosphere, the gym will be transformed into a full Halloween experience. “We’re turning the gym into a complete Halloween environment that feels part workout, part party,” says Cantor. “We’ll have a live DJ spinning dark techno and upbeat Halloween remixes, along with fog, lights, and décor that make it feel more like a night out than a workout.”
After class, guests can hang out, enjoy the music, and connect with others. “The goal is to make it social and inclusive, a place where fitness meets fun and even people who aren’t training can join the vibe,” says Cantor.

The event is free and open to the public, with reservations available through Wynwood Fitness Club’s website or PushPress app under the “Halloween Pop-Up” event. “We just ask that people register ahead of time since spots are limited,” Cantor says. “We want anyone curious about CrossFit or looking for a unique Halloween experience to feel welcome.”
For those new to CrossFit, Cantor describes it as a dynamic mix of strength training, conditioning, and functional movements. “CrossFit is designed to rebuild your natural capacity for everyday life, to get up from the floor, carry groceries, or pick up your kids with ease. It’s not just about performance; it’s preventive health,” she explains. “Classes last about an hour and can be scaled for any level, from first-timers to competitors. It’s about showing up and moving with purpose.”

Now celebrating its one-year anniversary, Wynwood Fitness Club has quickly become part of the fabric of the neighborhood, known for its creativity, inclusive community, and attention to detail.
“We chose Wynwood because it’s full of creativity, energy, and community, exactly what CrossFit stands for,” says Cantor. “We wanted to create a space that felt different from a traditional gym, a place where people come not just to work out, but to connect, laugh, and feel part of something real. Wynwood’s individuality and art made it the perfect home for that vision.”
From the festival side, Stranger Treats & Beats Executive Producer AJ Prasaguet says partnering with Wynwood Fitness Club was an easy decision. “When we started building Stranger Treats & Beats, we wanted it to be more than just a music event. It’s about energy, creativity, and community,” Prasaguet says. “Wynwood Fitness Club embodies that same spirit. Luciana and her team bring passion, movement, and connection, which is exactly what our festival represents. We’re thrilled to have them as our fitness partner this year.”

For Prasaguet, both the festival and the WFC pop-up share a common goal: to create experiences that make people feel alive. “Every wall, every sound, and every light cue at Stranger Treats & Beats is designed to pull you into another world,” he says. “That’s why this collaboration made perfect sense. Wynwood Fitness Club is creating their own immersive world just two blocks away, and together we’re giving Miami a full-spectrum Halloween experience that blends sound, movement, and energy like never before.”
