Naked Man Accosts 2 Miami Beach Boys

MIAMI BEACH, FL — A naked man accosted two Miami Beach boys on Jan. 5 in the spa of the upscale oceanfront Continuum condominium building, according to Miami Beach police. The man performed a sex act on himself and attempted to get the children to take off their clothes. One of the boys later told his father, who alerted police. The incident occurred at the oceanfront Continuum condominium 40 South Pointe Drive.

The man is described as a heavyset Caucasian in his 40s to mid 50s with short, wavy, salt-and-pepper hair. Police said he is about 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 180 to 200 pounds.

"The subject inquired about the ages on both victims and the whereabouts of their parents," according to Miami Beach police who said that the man made repeated inappropriate advances toward the young teenagers.

Miami Beach police said that the boys were first approached by the naked man when they were in the hot tub. He allegedly told them: "In order to be in this area you have to be naked."

He then followed them into the sauna where he performed a sex act on himself while making humming sounds. At one point he asked the boys to pull their pants down. He also touched them with his leg.
