New Miami Beach Curfew For Wednesday, Sept. 13

Wednesday night's curfew will start at midnight, rather than 11 p.m.

MIAMI BEACH, FL — Residents of Miami Beach will be required to be indoors after midnight and until 6 a.m. Thursday morning.

This is a shorter curfew than the previous night's, which extended from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. City Manager Jimmy Morales made the announcement of the new hours on Twitter. Officials have previously said that curfews will be "strictly enforced." Miami-Dade officials announced Tuesday that the county-wide curfew has ended.
