URGE Miami Festival Returns Thanksgiving Weekend
With Iconic Parties and Host Hotels in the Heart of South Beach

This Thanksgiving weekend, URGE Miami Festival returns to South Beach with four days of nonstop music, world-class DJs, and unforgettable parties. Taking place November 28 through December 1, the festival will bring together three massive nighttime events, two sizzling daytime parties, and its crown jewel, the legendary Beach Party on the sands of Ocean Drive.
βURGE is not only a music festival,β says producer Luis Morera. βThroughout the years, it has become a gathering place where friends, old and new, come together to celebrate gratitude. URGE offers a space like no other, where everyone can express themselves freely while dancing to the sounds of the worldβs greatest DJs.β

The weekend kicks off Friday night with WE Picante at M2 Studios before moving poolside on Saturday at The Clevelander, one of URGEβs most anticipated events where guests can dance under the Miami sun with their hotel rooms just steps away. Saturday night brings the internationally acclaimed Brazilian party GUAPO to Studio A. On Sunday afternoon, festivalgoers will flock to Ocean Drive for the iconic South Beach beach party, an electrifying highlight of the weekend, before the explosive URGE Finale at M2 Studios and a Sunrise After Hours celebration at El Palenque Nightclub.

Out-of-town festivalgoers will enjoy the convenience of staying at URGEβs two official host hotels, The Clevelander and Essex House. Both are centrally located on Ocean Drive, directly across from the gay beach and within walking distance to most of the festivalβs events. The Clevelander is a vibrant oceanfront destination across from Lummus Park and less than a mile from Lincoln Roadβs shops and nightlife. Essex House, a stylish circa-1938 art deco gem with its curving facade and neon rooftop sign, offers a more relaxed retreat while still keeping guests in the heart of the action.

Special discounted room rates start at $169 a night and include two complimentary beach chairs and towels, free Wi-Fi, and a continental breakfast served daily at the Essex House restaurant from 8 to 10 a.m. Adding to the spirit of community, a portion of festival proceeds will benefit Miami Beach Pride, the non-profit dedicated to celebrating and uplifting the cityβs LGBTQ+ culture.
