World Marathon Challenge Wraps Up in Miami Beach
Participants took to the oceanside "track" at 4 a.m. for the seven days in seven countries competition.
MIAMI BEACH, Fla. - Some 26 participants are running a 62-mile brick fitness path amid the warm sun and crashing waves of Miami Beach this morning as part of the World Marathon Challenge.
The speed-based challenge involves individual and team competitions in seven countries over the course of seven days, or 168 hours.
The World Marathon Challenge began in Antarctica in late January and concludes in Miami Beach today.
