• Florida Man Arrested: Process Server Threatened, Phone Smashed During Violent Confrontation (tampafp.com) — A civil process server was allegedly threatened and shoved while serving legal papers at a home on Mandevilla Lane in Miramar Beach, and her phone was smashed during the confrontation. Deputies later arrested a 60-year-old resident on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, and he was released from Walton County Jail after posting bond.
