Free Bus Rides for Pasco Voters on Election Day

Pasco County Public Transportation is offering rides to the polls for voters in need.

PASCO COUNTY, FL — Pasco County voters who find themselves stuck without a ride on Election Day have a alternative at their disposal. Pasco County Public Transportation will provide free bus service to the polls on Nov. 8.

Voters who want to take advantage of the service must show their Voter Information Card to get on the bus. The offer is only good from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Nov. 8.

Pasco voters who are unsure of where to cast their ballots can visit the county’s Supervisor of Elections Office online.

Early voting is currently under way at locations across the county. Early voting locations established by the Pasco County Supervisor of Elections Office are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily through Nov. 5. Here are the locations early voters can cast their ballots:

In order to vote in the general election, people must have registered on or before Oct. 18, 2016. Voters should bring a current and valid photo and signature ID with them to the polls. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to, a Florida driver’s license or state identification card, public assistance ID, military ID and concealed weapons license.
