Input Wanted on New Port Richey Parks

The City of New Port Richey is hosting a public workshop to gain input about the community's parks.

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — New Port Richey residents who want to have a say about the future of the city’s parks might want to jot a date down on their calendars. The city has announced plans to host a public meeting related to parks on Monday, Dec. 5.

The meeting’s purpose “is to gather public input that will be used to establish priorities for improvement of the city parks and recreation facilities and services in the city,” a notice from the city said.

The meeting is set to take place starting at 6 p.m. in the Recreation & Aquatic Center, 6630 Van Buren St. The gathering will be staged in the Oak Room.
