Lane Closed Due To Water Main Leak
The inside westbound lane of West Tampa Palms Boulevard is being closed.
If you're heading westbound on West Tampa Palms Boulevard anytime soon, you might want to allow some extra time. There could be some heavier than normal traffic while Tampa Water Department crews repair a water main leak, according to Brad L. Baird, director of the Tampa Water Department.
"The inside westbound lane of West Tampa Palms Boulevard is being closed between Catlin Drive and Palm Springs Boulevard," Baird wrote in an email to Patch.
Crews hope to have the water main repaired and the lane back open by 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 13.
