TAMPA, Fla. –RNR Tire Express & Custom Wheels (RNR) Chief Financial Officer and longtime employee, Linda Petko, was recently recognized at the RNR national conference as the distinguished recipient of one of the company’s most prestigious awards — Woman of the Year.

Surrounded by fellow RNR executives, franchise owners and managers at the franchise’s national conference in Tampa last month, Petko was recognized for embodying the very best the company has to offer. According to RNR founder, Larry Sutton, Linda has had a profound impact on others throughout her 17 years with the company.

With a background in public accounting and a passion to work for an entrepreneurial organization, Petko was approached by Sutton who recruited her to join the RNR team in 2000 as he was just starting the company. After working alongside Sutton at his former company, Champion TV Appliance & Rentals, Petko knew Larry’s new venture would be something she wanted to be a part of. Fast forward 17 years, and the two colleagues are still working closely together.
