Local Running Store to Host Memorial Run for Boston
A nationwide effort is underway to raise money through events at local running stores.

A grassroots campaign to host runs in honor of victims from the Boston Marathon bombings is under way. There are runs planned Monday night throughout the country, and right here at home. The runs are hosted by local running stores.
The campaign, called “Runners for Boston,” will feature a 3-mile run begining at each participating store at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 22. The first mile of the event will be run in silence.
In the New Tampa area, FitNiche, 28139 Paseo Drive Suite 125 at The Shops at Wiregrass, will be hosting a run.
