
As Hillsborough County prepares to expand Bruce B. Down Boulevard to eight lanes, residents of Tampa Palms could see many changes to the look and feel of their neighborhoods.
The Tampa Palms Community Development District board of supervisors hired a landscape architecture firm "to create a multiyear, multi-project design to help the community maintain its signature look at its main intersection," according to an article on TBO.com.
One proposal mentioned in the article involves new turn lanes at Bruce B. Downs and Tampa Palms Boulevards. That area is one of the best-known enterances to the community.
