The following crimes were recently reported to Tampa police:
Auto burglary, Nov. 7: An unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway of a Twinberry Drive home was burglarized. Undisclosed property was stolen from the vehicle.
Home burglary, Nov. 6: Someone broke into a Greenwich Drive home by prying open a rear sliding door. Stolen was a checkbook, assorted rings valued at $6,000 and a Mont Blanc pen worth $150.

Home burglary, Nov. 6: Someone broke into a Halsey Road residence by prying open a rear sliding door. Yet when the home’s alarm system went off, the thief fled undetected. A magnet with contact information for an alarm company was reported missing.
