Pebble Creek Apartment Complex Begins Leasing

The 168-unit, six-building development began welcoming renters earlier this month. Construction of the entire complex will end in March or April.

New Tampa, one of the fastest-growing areas in Tampa Bay, keeps growing.

The first of six apartment buildings at the Links at Pebble Creek was completed earlier this month and began welcoming renters. Located next to the Pebble Creek Golf Club, the complex by Tampa-based developer Bayfair is to be completed by March or April, according to officials.

Rents for the one- and two-bedroom apartments start at approximately $830 and go up to about $1,325. There will be 168 apartments total. According to the Links at Pebble Creek website, there are several floor plans available; the smallest is 787 square feet and the largest is 1,274 square feet.

In the future, there could be some perks for renters, who will be living next to the golf course.

“(Rent) doesn’t include (golf club) membership but the manager is discussing partnership opportunities for discounts, perhaps,” the worker said.

Not everyone was excited about the complex when Patch wrote about it in June.

“Great, just what we need in New Tampa/Pebble Creek. More renters and more crime,” KCF wrote in the comments section.

Bayfair began in 1989 and has developed many custom homes and luxury townhomes in the area.
