Tampa Police Investigate Drive-By Shooting
The car involved in the shooting crashed in the 800 block of Conover Street.
TAMPA, FL - Tampa police are investigating a drive-by shooting near 23rd Street and Lake Avenue and have detained one person, police said. The shooting doesn't appear to be related to the four unsolved shooting deaths in the Seminole Heights area, police said.
Tampa police say an officer heard multiple shots in the area and responded. The car involved in the shooting crashed in the 800 block of Conover Street.
At this time police have not identified any victims with injuries.
