1. SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration is now underway on select dates through Jan. 3, 2023. Theme park guests can enjoy holiday celebrations, shows, delicious treats, shopping, and more. There will be over 3 million lights at the event. (positivelyosceola.com)
2. A Brevard County man died during Hurricane Nicole early Thursday morning, according to police. Authorities said they received a call at around 4:30 a.m. from a woman who said her husband was in distress. The cause of death is still under investigation. (WESH)
3. Despite a district redraw, progressive Rep. Anna Eskamani was re-elected in Orlando on Tuesday. Rep. Anna Eskamani has been a regular presence at protests of the DeSantis administration in the Orlando area and been outspoken on issues include abortion and LGTBQ rights. (Orlando Weekly)
4. Hurricane Nicole swept homes from Volusia County into the ocean and made other building structures unsafe for residents this week. The damage along the coast has been deemed catastrophic and many restaurants lost their belongings to the storm. (WFTV)
5. The 2022 Taste of Dr. Phillips is happening from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 13, at Dellagio Town Center. The annual event will include several food hotspots including Big Fin, The Capital Grille, Dragonfly Robata, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, Ocean Prime, and more. (West Orange Times & Windermere Observer)

- Sanford police are asking the people for help finding a car that they believe may have been involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash. The incident happened on Oct. 29. (WFTV)
