1. Forty-three employees with Orange County Fire Rescue filed a lawsuit Friday morning, suing the county over its vaccine mandate, according to documents. The vaccine mandate has been highly politicized as the battle between the Governor and counties continues. (WFTV)

2. An Orlando man kicked out of the Navy for being gay is requesting an honorable discharge. Many are still hesitant to have their discharge changed due to the trauma from their experience in the military. (Click Orlando)

3. OUC has completed a purchase of the Osceola Generating station; a 510-megawatt single-cycle natural gas-fired power plant near Harmony in Osceola County. The deal is worth nearly $100 million dollars. (Bungalower)

4. Florida became the last state to apply and get approval for more than a billion dollars in Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) federal funding or food stamps. Governor DeSantis faced widespread criticism for not applying before. (Orlando Weekly)

5. One person was killed on Saturday after a vehicle was hit by an Amtrak train in Volusia County. There was an unknown number of passengers on the train at the time of the crash. (Fox 35 Orlando)
