1. A vigil was held Friday night for the man shot and killed this week while driving on State Road 408 near downtown Orlando. 46-year-old Tremain Noval Hepburn was shot while driving his red pickup truck and crashed into a tree and died afterward. The suspect is still on the run. (Fox 35)
2. An Apopka firefighter hospitalized for weeks due to a significant work-related injury has died. Austin Duran, 25, was injured on the job on June 30 when he was trying to move a sand trailer. Many Central Florida fire departments have sent in condolences over the loss of Duran. (Click Orlando)
3. A target shooting game for those riding on the Wheel at Orlando's ICON Park called Bullseye Blast has been paused while an alternative is sought, according to a statement from the park. The change comes after public pushback. (WESH)
4. Emily Bonilla proposed Thursday that the Orange County board of commissioners raise its yearly salaries of $88,000 to $106,000 "for the important work and sacrifices to our lives we make daily to serve the public." Commissioners in Osceola County and Seminole County are currently paid more than Orange County, despite having smaller counties. (Subscription: Orlando Sentinel)
5. A passenger on a flight near Orlando captured on video Thursday's SpaceX launch that sent supplies to the space station. SpaceX launched the Dragon capsule on its Falcon 9 rocket from Kennedy Space Center. (Click Orlando)

- A 40-year old woman from Ohio is believed to have been bitten by a shark on Saturday, according to Volusia County Beach Safety. The injuries were not life-threatening. The incident happened on Daytona Beach. (Click Orlando)
