Here are the top five stories today in Orlando:

1. The city of Orlando is investigating claims that a city employee blocked an entrance to an abortion clinic at Orlando Women's Center. Volunteers have taken photos of the car, which has a city logo with authorities. It is against the law to block people from entering an abortion clinic. (Fox 35)

2. Owen Siah, co-owner at Shakai Sushi Lounge in downtown Orlando, says he supports the changes to keep people safe in downtown Orlando after a recent shooting. Patrons will be required to go through metal detectors and a weapons check at checkpoints before walking into the access areas. (Click Orlando)

3. American Classical Charter Academy in Osceola County has been shuttered by the school board just days before the start of school. An order from a judge said the school "showed a lack of leadership and that they changed principals six times over the last year." Two hundred fifty students attended the school. (WESH)

4. Chef Huynh, the winner of Season 3 of "Top Chef," is opening Bang Bang Noodle Co. this fall at 114 East Colonial Drive next to Anh Hong. Huynh currently works with Omei Restaurant Group, the group behind Bento Asian Kitchen, Doshi and others. (Bungalower)

5. Orlando police are seeking information about a shooter after they say someone was hurt near Holden Heights Wednesday just after midnight along 19th Street off Parramore Avenue. Police say the victim who was hospitalized is in stable condition, but is not cooperating with their investigation. (WFTV)
